Tracked CCTV: Tracam
Introduction
In large complexes and where people or goods are constantly on the move
fixed CCTV cameras or domes have up to now been the only choice. Now you have
a cost effective , high quality fibre optic CCTV system as an alternative. Once
you have seen TRACAM , this won't be an alternative, TRACAM will be your only
choice.
The System
A high resolution colour camera and lens, mounted on a precision engineered Video
Transport Unit (VTU) travelling along a track mounted on either the ceiling or
a wall, hidden inside a protective mirrored housing.
Full Pan and Tilt facility through 180o with Image Orientation Correction (IOC)
means the picture always appears right side up on the monitor. An auto focus zoom
lens controlled by the operator enables the viewing of fine details. With up to
256 preset positions able to be programmed the TRACAM tour facility allows the
VTU to always be in the right place at the right time.
